Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at jsrglobalconnect@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may still initiate a return once you receive the item.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jsrglobalconnect@gmail.com or 6262515000 so we can resolve the issue for you promptly.
